I also loved the way that it had a little teaser for the next book. So now to not so patiently wait for it

In this story, Gigi and Pike are together now (It sounds like it was an enemies to lovers story from the beginning). Pike has a very difficult childhood (my heart broke for Pike as a child) and it's coming back to haunt him. This book was great because it really focuses on family ties (the good and the bad). It was full of emotion and I adored all the family members from previous and future books. I do think that Gigi and Tamara (the heroine in the next book) were really young and given I'm older, their immaturity was striking to me. However, overall, I liked the characters and the romance proceeded beautifully. The action kept me on the edge of my seat and I really didn't want to stop listening.
Jason Clarke and Samantha Brentmoor narrated this book and they were excellent. Jason Clarke is one of my favorite narrators so no surprise there but Samantha Brentmoor held her own. Great narration for a great story.
Another great installment, fantastic narration
