the second book in the series and just as good as the first. the characters are likeable with lots of personality. very humourous, with just enough emotion. hide your socks and enjoy this book

Al throws a bucket load of fantasy archetypes into a cement mixer(Vamps,Trolls,Faery's,Imps and were-cat/Bears, etc), rather than an unholy mess, Al creates a good foundation for his second book. His Character is engaging even with his Porn star Name (Faz Pound), its action packed as he tries to find his missing Gran and his Wizardly Boss, with the help of his possible girlfriend (also a vampire), friendly necromancer and Imp with a sock fetish. Lets hope you have your socks secured to your feet, as you take on this action packed magic mystery tale

The story is narrated by Gildart Jackson, I can only say he is excellent. a great story teller, looking for more books that he has narrated!
