Pretty good world building, more than 2 dimensional characters and a fairly robust storyline. It’s worth the credit to buy it.
There’s a lot of very poor alien romance out there but this isn’t one of them. It’s not highbrow sci-fi but is engaging and entertaining.
It could come with a trigger warning as there’s r*pe as a topic and what is essentially a r*pe scene.
I’ll be buying the next in the series.

I bought this book mainly because i saw in a review that it was a black female heroine. I am a huge fan of paranormal romance anyway but I've longed for one with abit of representation.

It was a really good read(or listen) and loved how strong Kira was portrayed. worth a credit. Thank you Taylor Vaughn, please keep them coming. Clementine Dove was an amazing narrator as well.

I was delighted to find that the characters don’t all of a sudden change there was a actual process of them changing. I loved the story and just wish other book was out already lol. X

I read the review before reading what it was about. I wasn't completely sure but bought it anyway and was not disappointed. Narrative was so good and Steamy I had to fan myself. Got to listen to the next book 😉
