Good to have past and present in the storyline. Clear narrator s voice . Intreging use of spys and romance

I enjoyed this book, my first audio books and I really liked the narrator and her soothing voice. The story is typical to Anna Jacobs style which I love, however I didn’t find that Maggie’s character did not get a good opportunity to develop. Hopefully in the next instalment there will be more focus on her as she is integral to the story.
Overall it is a good listen and I’d definitely recommend it.
