I thought it was a great continuation. will be looking forward to the next one. although at random bits the narators voice seemed a bit robotic as if the editing was a bit scuffed. the actual narator did great though.

another great book

the plot is good, balanced adventure and plot.
funny references and likable characters.
my one complaint is that the sound balancing and pitch is all over the place at points.
the narrator yelling "Level Up" is physically painful with headphones on.

A good book but watch the volume.

I'll not claim it's the best book ever written, but this is a really solid entry in the series, and unlike the previous one, the author refrained from including a premise filled with spoilers, which is a major improvement.

The stat screens and menus and stuff don't translate very well to audiobook format, so I'd like to see fewer of those, personally, but that's hardly an issue unique to this series.

I won't include any spoilers in this review, so I'll just say that I really liked the ending. It feels like the protagonist is actually making real progress in more ways than just an increase in level.

Great Premise, Solid Execution
