This book was a concise and informative guide for trying a carnivore diet. Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion, great recipes... lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.

Most enlightening and useful. It is a fairly easy way of bringing one's diet into line with the latest understanding of the influence of refined carbs on the metabolism and fat stores. Having one day a week to relax and eat anything you've been craving, so it is quite easy to comply with the restrictions. This is not a quick fix. It is a lifestyle decision. Even with adding a glass of wine in the evening, I am a size smaller in two months.

Definitely, a must-listen if you're participating in any type of diet and fitness program, even if you're just going it alone to test the waters. You can never have too much factual information, and that's what I've come to expect from Mason books. He's got the experience and credentials to back up the information he's sharing with his readers.

After discovering carnivore i also discovered that there's differences of opinion and some confusion. Like no hard and fast rules. So this book gave a very clear, easy and pleasant to read, picture of what the diet looks like and how to do it.
It filled me with hope and excitement to embark on this. I couldn't put it down
