You’ve tried the therapy. The apps. The supplements. Even the breathing tricks.

And yet, your chest still tightens at random, your sleep is restless, and your body feels like it’s stuck in survival mode.

Here’s the truth no one told you: trauma and anxiety don’t live in your thoughts. They live in your body.

And that’s why nothing has worked… until now.

This 3-in-1 audiobook bundle gives you the missing piece: simple, science-backed, body-based tools that finally reset your nervous system.

Inside, you’ll get the complete versions of three bestselling titles:

Somatic Therapy That Actually Works: Proven Body-Based Exercises to Release Trauma, Calm Anxiety, Activate Your Vagus Nerve, & Reset Your Nervous System in 10 Minutes a Day or Less

The Only Vagus Nerve Exercises You’ll Ever Need:

How to Calm Anxiety, Release Trapped Trauma, Reset Your Nervous System & Finally Feel Safe Again Even If Nothing’s Worked Before

The Complex PTSD Recovery Guide:

Proven Somatic Tools to Calm Emotional Flashbacks, Rewire Trauma Responses, Build Self-Worth, and Break Free from Shame, Guilt, and People-Pleasing

Together, these books form one practical system:

Decode your anxiety loop so you know what’s happening in your brain and body (and how to stop it in under 90 seconds).

Activate your vagus nerve with simple techniques like breathing, sound, and cold exposure.

Rewire your stress response using micro-practices that fit into real life—1 to 3 minutes a day.

Integrate calm as your new baseline, so you stop bouncing between fight, flight, and shutdown.

Most people think calm is something you “earn” after years of therapy.

But the science is clear: calm is already wired into your body. You just need the tools to access it.

Three books. One roadmap. A nervous system that finally knows how to feel safe again.

The system then dives deep into practical application. It really helps you learn exactly how to manage stress. The books teach you to decode your anxiety loop so you can recognize what’s happening in your brain and body and learn how to interrupt that cycle. Whether it’s through simple techniques involving breathing, sound, or cold exposure, you are given direct methods to access and regulate your vagus nerve. These aren't abstract concepts; they are powerful, practical micro-practices that easily fit into a busy life. It only takes 1 to 3 minutes a day to do.

This was a lot of information to digest, which is why I love audiobooks. While driving long distances, this became the perfect companion to understanding how our mind and body work with stimulus, triggering anxiety, trauma, PTSD, etc. The narrator has a very soothing voice and the material was very well organized. I understood how our vagus nerve is like the author puts it, a "button" that helps us release stress and be calm. So often, we have this button "off" and need something to turn it "on". There are many exercises that I was doing while listening to this. The ones I could not do in my car, I imagined doing them so that later I could try those. I love having the understanding and now the toolbelt to calm my mind and body.

Wow - I got so much out of listening to this. All 3 books included in this were super helpful. I really appreciated the explanations about why and how anxiety/trauma show up physically (not just mentally). It really made a lot of what I have been experiencing make sense. I also liked the exercises. Most of them were short and actually something I could do in my daily life. I especially liked that the strategies focus on nervous system regulation and building a calmer baseline over time, not just powering through your current symptoms. If you’ve tried other approaches and still feel stuck in fight-or-flight (or shutdown), this is a really solid listen with tools you can actually use right away.

I was skeptical when a colleague gave me a free copy of this audiobook. I didn't think there could be a link between anxiety and any nerves. However, I have read more and more lately about the connection between the brain and the gut, so I decided I would be open minded. This three in one book series surprised me in how well researched it is. I also learned a great deal. I especially found it helpful to think more about the entire flight, fight, freeze, and fawn reactions that get hijacked from our basic survival instincts into creating constant stress and anxiety over even the most minor frustrations. This audiobook gave me much to think about.

I learned more than expected
