Summary

Well, it could be better.

Jim and his literal shoulder demon have survived, so far, by the skin of their teeth.

After finding a long-abandoned starter village, Jim has begun the process of rebuilding his town. Unfortunately for our favorite adventurer, the threats he now faces are far more complicated than mere monsters. The poor Noob has to deal with angry townsfolk, trade negotiations, and a talking badger.

With goblins and bandits also sniffing around, will Noobtown—I mean Windfall—survive?

I laughed till I cried. in public. and at work. but couldn't share the jokes. thankfully there's a guy at work who's read the series so when I'm helpless with laughter in the corner, he can share in my mirth. narrator's delivery is perfection. an absolute joy

Great story, funny as the first book but the books cover little to nothing of a story that clearly has plenty to cover

I wish there was more to the book
