As the Emperor marshals his armies to reclaim the galaxy for the glory of mankind, one by one his Space Marine Legions are reunited with their missing primarchs. The XVIII Legion are still waiting to find their true identity, unaware their own lord has been found. In the Taras Division, legionaries face annihilation as they take a last, desperate stand against a monstrous ork invasion.

Meanwhile, on Nocturne, Vulkan has raised and trained a new force of warriors. Now it is the time for him to lead his sons into battle. Now it is the time for him to truly don the mantle of primarch, not only to save one half of his Legion but to forge a new, indivisible whole.

Well aside from lorgar or perturabo the primarchs series doesnt really contain much on primarchs. A good story expertly read though

Not only a good picture of Vulcan but also both parts of the legion. If you like Salamanders this is amazing.

Great story

A chapter I have always followed and wanted to learn more about.

This was a story which supported the Salamander Lore and it was certainly top notch....only issue...it was too short!!!

I read it in one go...!!

Great story and performance..

Orc slaughter at its finest. Narrated wonderfully. After it sets itself up, its absolutely non stop

Action packed

Like most of the Primarchs series, well read, but adding little to the larger story of the Horus Heresy. .

A bit something and nothing
