Mike Malone getting fired was probably one of the most shocking firing we have heard about in a while. Yes, he has won a championship for the Nuggets, but tension was rising. Micheal gave his thoughts about how the Nuggets went about the situation. Denver are 1-0 in the post Malone era. Can they win a playoff series without him? Will see when the playoffs start in two weeks.

Luka Doncic makes his first appearance in a new uniform aganist the Mavericks. Jon goes into the master class game it was for Luka. Also, he talked about Lebron James heroics in the fourth quarter.

The boys are back in town! Welcome back to the beloved 1497 podcast. The boys are glad to see each other again. A lot has happened since they talked before. NFL regular season is back. Caleb Williams didn't look so hot in his first start, but the defense, and special teams got them the win. They dove a little bit into fantasy football lineups. Bo Nix, Jayden Daniels, and other notable rookies got to play in their first NFL game last Sunday. The boys chopped it up about who looked the best and worse.
