We couldn’t find a therapist, so we started a podcast. After 7 years of dating we nearly came to a breaking point and decided it was time to try something new, to talk about our feelings and record them. Our podcast is not the highlight reel of our relationship, it is our relationship, as authentic as possible. Dating and long term relationships can be difficult. Especially, when the internet seems so focused on only happy moments. We share our truth and hope it resonates with you and makes you feel less alone in the dating/ Long Term Relationship world.
Let's all figure this dating thing out together.✨

  • We Broke Up Because My Life Was Falling Apart
    Jun 23 2026

    Hey Besties!

In a previous episode we shared how breaking up saved our relationship and we got a TON of questions on the real reason we broke up, a lot of y'all were wondering about the "Why?" so in this episode we talk about what happened that made Aja break up with Grant.

We get into, why we broke up, how jarring that was, Grants lack of confidence/self belief and how his self image became a snowball effect of how our breakup unfolded and the big decision that made us both realize we wanted to keep trying.

Grants life was falling apart and that blindsided Aja. But the falling apart made everything fall into place and we wouldn't be here without it. Lets talk about how f***ed everything was and what was the turning point to make Aja choose Grant again, and for them both to choose each other again, 4ever.

Let us know if yall have ever gone through a break up that was really just a reset and share your why!

Y'all this one has us shaking in our boots, because WHAT DO YOU MEAN your ex boyfriend was DL and now his man wants to fight you??

Theres so many things to unpack, we need to find a therapist and sit on their couch because this one was a doozy 😭

Here what we jump into today:

    1. I Found Out My BF is DL!
    2. My BestFriend Is Choosing Her BF Over Me
    3. My Ex's Boyfriend Want's To Fight Me

Here are some of our thoughts out of context:
Boob guys are weird, you cant have healthy friendships with women who are men obsessed, and ALWAYS check your partner phone if you're suspicious! 👀

Thank you to the Besties who wrote in and were vulnerable enough to share their stories.

  • Why Are We Always Fighting?
    Jun 2 2026

Why are we always fighting? Why is everything always a problem with you? Why can’t you just be happy?

In this episode we get into conflict, resolution and how to get to the other side of an argument with your partner.

Somebody has to be the one bringing up the hard topics and that’s not always easy, especially when you want things to work.

Sometimes in relationships, we fight to be understood, heard, valued and seen and we get into all of that in this episode.

Friendly reminder: just because you bring up that things could be better in your relationship, does not mean that nothing is ever good enough, it’s okay to want things to be better and as close to perfect as possible.

If you’ve ever felt like this, chime in!
