0:00 - Supposedly, President Trump got involved in the process of appealing Balogun's red card. Some sources claim he assembled a task force to speak with FIFA. More Presidents should us their power to influence sport outcomes. If Brett was president, how could he abuse his power to help Denver teams?

15:30 - Rich Paul grabbed a white board, sat down with Max Kellerman, and drew a whole web of possible destinations for LeBron, complete with Pros and Cons. Let's make our list. What are the Pros of coming to Denver? What are the Cons of the other places LeBron is eyeing?

    Jul 6 2026
0:00 - Who are the newest Avs? What should we know about Jaden Schwartz?
It's also crazy that Kawhi Leonard dipped from the US in the midst of a fraud investigation and signed with the Raptors. So is this Aspiration trees/Clippers thing just dead in the water now? The Aspiration guy is serving hard time, but the Clippers are innocent?

17:00 - DMac took an impromptu trip to Seattle to consume all the World Cup action! He joined us live this morning out in front of Lume-sorry, I mean, Seattle Stadium in Seattle (thanks, FIFA) to update us on all the insanity he's witnessed so far.

  • 7-06-26 Hour 1 - The right side of FIFA corruption/LeBron will drag this out/Moser's Belgian friend
    Jul 6 2026
0:00 - What a roller coaster! FIFA overturned Balogun's red card and he's eligible to play for Team USA against Belgium tonight. This reeks of FIFA corruption. But...it's helping us out! It benefits us! This is awesome!

15:12 - LeBron hasn't made an official decision yet. We don't know where he'll play next season. And you shouldn't be surprised. This is the same man who orchestrated The Decision. He's gonna drag this out as long as he can. That being said, he's narrowed down his options. Is Denver still in the running?

32:38 - Marc Moser, International Man of Mystery, has a Belgian friend! Who lives in Belgium! Let's get him on the horn and get a Belgian's perspective on tonight's clash with Team USA. How salty is the country of waffles and chocolates about Balogun's red card getting reversed?

    Jul 1 2026
0:00 - According to Brian Windhorst, the Nuggets are an "outlier" team to land LeBron. Windy's pretty dialed in to LeBron. Why would he go on ESPN and make something like that up? Could this move become a reality?

19:08 - NHL free agency is underway, and Bowen Byram officially signed with the Blackhawks on a contract that pays him $12.4 million per year. That's a market-topping, potentially market-resetting deal. Is he worth more than guys like Cale Makar and Quinn Hughes?
Also, the NBA moves keep comin! Moser is on location for an episode of Golf on Altitude and Katy Winge is at the course too. She put on the headset and offered her expert opinion on the Nuggets' chances to land LeBron.

So that means we have to get to an early edition of our favorite part of the week DRUNK TAKES! We take clips from throughout the week, slow em down to half speed and it makes us sound like we're hammered.

    Jul 1 2026
0:00 - Every second, more news breaks in the NBA. A trade here, a free agent signing there...and yet, nothing from the Nuggets. Except for Tim Hardaway Jr. taking his talents to South Beach. He signed with the Heat. Why aren't the Nuggets in the mix more?

19:11 - Vic's beautiful baby boy was on the golf course yesterday and almost got struck by lightning! Be safe out there, people. If there's a storm, go inside. Don't finish the front 9. It's not worth getting fried to a crisp.

31:16 - Oh, by the way...Spencer Jones is back to posting on LinkedIn! What business-like insight did he offer this time?
Oh, by the way...isn't it weird hearing French language broadcasts of sports? How can such a beautiful language be used to describe the rough and tumble action of something like hockey? And why do half of European languages sound gorgeous and the other half are terrifying?
Oh, by the way...a Mexican soccer fan was sitting right behind home plate at the Dodgers @ A's game last night watching the World Cup game on his phone. He lost his mind when Mexico scored, and you could hear it CRYSTAL CLEAR on TV.

13:26 - Mason Marchment is on the move! He's no longer a Dallas Star. He's also (deservedly so) on our HATE LIST. It's been a while since we've opened that thing. Let's take a look and see if everyone still deserves to be there.
Also, what grade would you give the Broncos offseason so far?

31:33 - Rumblings around the NHL...would you take Andre Burakovsy back in an Avalanche sweater?

After that, the Portland Trailblazers traded for Ja Morant. What happened to Ja, man? A few short years ago, he was ELECTRIC. He was the heir apparent. He was the future. Can Portland restore him to his former glory?

(The bump music in question was "Be Her" by Ella Langley. Vic is a certified Ella Fella.)

14:08 - According to Brian Windhorst, LeBron James will inform the Lakers TODAY that he's leaving the team. If that happens, the Lakers would have a ton of extra cap space to sign, you guessed it, Peyton Watson.

30:12 - Oh, by the way...Keegan-Michael Key recreated the famous Key & Peele Substitute Teacher sketch using the names of current World Cup players.
Oh, by the way...Dianna Russini got out of a speeding ticket in a very unique way. How have you talked yourself out of a ticket?
Oh, by the way...a pitcher for UCLA has one of the strangest superstitions we've ever seen.
