Some things that have been recommended in the video and elsewhere are
NAC, Augmented NAC, Nattokinase, Bromelain and Curcumin. Look into Milk
Thistle and Charcoal to bind the toxins and protect the liver. Drink
lots of water and make sure you're not constipated (toxins need to be
expelled!).

Intermittent affection/rewards mixed with abuse can create strong psychological attachment, making it harder to recognize danger and leave. Impact on children and family. Children exposed to conflict or abuse can suffer developmental, emotional, and behavioral problems and may internalize unhealthy relationship models.

Lost time and opportunities and remaining in a harmful relationship can cost years of personal growth, career advancement, and healthier relationships.
