Trust After Trauma- Episode #32- Self Love with Janet Grace

Self-Love is more than a feeling—it is a daily choice to honor your worth, your voice, and your needs. In this episode, we explore how cultivating self-love becomes the foundation for rebuilding trust after trauma, helping you reconnect with who you truly are beneath the pain. When we begin to treat ourselves with compassion instead of criticism, we create a safe inner space where trust can grow again.

As Self-Love deepens, it transforms the way we show up in every area of our lives. We begin to set healthier boundaries, make more aligned decisions, and release the need for external validation. This episode offers gentle guidance and practical reflections to help you return to yourself—because when you truly love yourself, trust is no longer something you chase, it’s something you naturally live from. ✨

Trust After Trauma- Episode #30-Katia Ferreira

“Listening to Your Inner Voice – A Gentle Reflection After Trauma.”

After trauma, many people lose connection with the quiet inner voice that once guided them. Healing invites us to slow down, listen with compassion, and gently reconnect with the wisdom within. As trust in ourselves grows again, that inner voice becomes a steady guide toward peace, clarity, and a more empowered future. She also includes a simple ‘practice’ to help them to be in touch with their inner voice when the mind becomes too noisy after painful experiences.

    Bio :

Katia Ferreira is the creator of the Midlife Magic Method™, a transformational approach designed to help women reconnect with their inner truth, rebuild self-trust, and create a new chapter of life with clarity, peace, and purpose.

Originally trained as a physical therapist, Katia has been working for decades associating body, emotions, thoughts, and spiritual patterns that often lie beneath physical pain and life struggles. This integrative perspective led her to create Heal from Within a program that explores the deeper connections between body, emotions, and inner awareness.

Katia is also a contributing author to the upcoming book The Power of Trust, where her chapter explores the theme “Trust Yourself First” and the role of inner guidance in healing and personal transformation.

Today she works primarily with midlife women through individual sessions, courses, mentoring, and teachings that guide them back to their own inner trust and wisdom.
