Ken and company are back from the dungeon shuffle. Now on Earth once again, their levels outstrip the colleges they were attending. As they dive once again, going into Star City and beyond they are coming up against new races and Felin is reunited with the nekorian race, though the meeting doesn't go quite as planned. Ken has to weave between uprooting the remainder of the SJS Financial web, following the rules of the Orkai and not collapsing under Crimson's renewed training efforts.

Ard is hunkering down in the mountains for the winter as the war cools with the snow. That means it’s time to practice his magic and stay out of trouble. Prince Albar is unsatisfied with his defeat and plots to take down Ken and Elysara despite their Royal Censor guards. Yet, neither of them are prepared for the shakeup in the dungeon. All of the safety nets they’ve been training over are about to disappear.

Classes continue at Haylon academy. Ken has identified who's behind the attacks on his Fieore and is determined to remove that particular problem, yet Haylon rules prevents him from taking it into his own hands. As they dive deeper into the dungeon, Crimson prepares him and the rest of the first years on how to camp in the dungeon. When their camping exercise is interrupted, Ken's done and this time he means business. Ken is going all out and his abilities tell him one thing, Ken was never trained as an adventurer. Ken was trained as an assassin.

Isaac sets off ahead of the rest of his family with Kat and his mana beasts. No matter how much he'd practiced with immortal mana before venturing into the immortal world hadn’t prepared him for it, and his first bumbling steps into the new world have him collared and sold to a brothel. Those who did this to him will pay dearly for underestimating him. Isaac plots his escape and the new path in cultivation as he makes plans to break through to his fifth ring and seek revenge.

Ard and his anchors are off to the capital, but not without his Congratulations—you’re-a-mage horse. Ard has to figure out what it means to be a noble as he struggles with the politics of the capital, fierce beasts and even fiercer rivals. All the while a goddess slips into his household as the staff and works to watch over him and his mother.

Zach and his ladies are packing up for the dragon conclave. He has enough on his hands trying to impress centuries-old dragons that he’s their new king. But when a dragon arrives injured and another dies at the conclave, things grow tense at the conclave. Zach will need to step up as their new king and solve a problem so old it’s been forgotten. As if he doesn’t have enough to deal with, as pushy dragons vie for his attention, he’ll have to solve a murder as well.

Zach is on the hunt for Morgana, who’s hidden herself in Sentarshaden, the secret city of paranormals. The elven city is celebrating the time of rebirth and nurturing their root trees. His secret is slipping, and he sees just what is in store for him as a green dragon becomes known to the city. The new dragon is both revered and hunted. But keeping himself hidden becomes impossible as he finds Morgana in a terrible state and needing his help.

Isaac is back, and the sects are going to war. Leadership puts him in leading from behind a desk and negotiating deals with the Hua Family. That is, till another sect's mountain falls, and Isaac hurries to investigate. He takes Mei to investigate the fallen mountain. But even Mei isn't enough to stop what the fallen mountain brings.

Reeling from the conflict with the dwarves, Ken and several Haylon classes move to an event on the 28th floor of a dead branch of the dungeon to prepare for the raid. While he’s busy training, his grandparents give him his first mission to assess and carry out on his own. Between Ken’s time of scouting out and investigating his target, he runs in with the other three schools and learns he’s not the only ace damage dealer. Pendulum, Trusk and the Royal Academy all have a student that’s a head above the rest of their peers.

Isaac and company head off to Blueheavens to join the Su family and seek revenge against Hendrick and Fairy Su. Unfortunately, the Su family isn’t receptive to more internal competition, and Isaac’s use of his bloodlines in the city draws more attention than he bargained for. Mistaken for an expert from a foreign ancient family, he’s invited on a trip through the void to a shard of the shattered world where opportunity abounds both for his cultivation and his revenge.

Miles is at New Haven, hoping to figure out more about Monster Fruit and Daeva. But he finds more than he expected, a community and a sense of peace as he stops hiding his powers. Meanwhile, Stella flourishes and continues to rope more girls in to make Miles smile brighter.
