It’s 1942, and body is discovered on the shoreline of a secret training facility in Canada. Secret or not, this is Canadian territory, and the murder case belongs to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Warned to expect suspicion, if not total obstruction, RCMP Miles Lundin must find a murderer in a camp of trained killers. Fortunately, he is joined in the investigation by a visiting “outsider” from Royal Navy intelligence, Lieutenant Commander Ian Fleming. The questions are clear: who and why? The answers, however, are as murky as the depths of Lake Ontario.

At the Viceroy’s College in the foothills of the Himalayas, “finishing” will take on a whole new meaning. The college is, in fact, the British India's school for spies.

Special Operations Intelligence Officer Sue O’Connell has found a way to break free from mundane office desk work. She and her colleagues from the SOF HUMINT cell are going to hunt down two Balkan war criminals visiting Germany.

SOF intelligence assets are dying. Operations in the Middle East and Afghanistan have been compromised. Sue O’Connell and her teammates have to find the leak and find it fast. The hunt for the cyber hackers takes the SOF contingent to Turkey, the Persian Gulf, and Afghanistan. A murder in East Aurora begins another tale of the espionage adventures of the O’Connell family. As retired CIA officer Barbara O’Connell follows the trail of an Irish assassin, her daughter, SOF Operator Sue O’Connell (aka. MIKE4), tracks a terrorist smuggling ring in Afghanistan. The two threads of the story end with a final, explosive climax on the Dalmatian coast of the Adriatic Sea.

SOF intelligence operator Sue O’Connell, callsign MIKE4, returns to hunt down a terrorist network determined to acquire nuclear material for a dirty bomb. As part of that effort, Sue must rescue a kidnapped colleague someplace on the Syrian-Iraq border. Meanwhile, both her mother and her brother continue to face the threat of the vendetta with a Russian mafia family.

Mike4 is the call sign for Chief Warrant Officer Sue O’Connell - a Special Operations Force (SOF) surveillance specialist. She is the daughter of a pair of CIA agents and the granddaughter of a famous World War II OSS agent. She is part of a team that “finds and fixes in place” terrorists so that SOF assault teams can “finish” the target.

In 1943, Captain Peter O’Connell leaves the 82nd Airborne through a mysterious invitation and joins the first US Special Forces, the Office of Special Services (OSS). O’Connell soon realizes the OSS mission to support the Resistance in Occupied Europe is more than just sabotage and subversion. It also means staying alive behind the lines when you rarely know who is friend and who is your enemy. Reassigned to India in late 1944, Peter and his British colleagues work to destroy a Nazi sabotage ring based in Goa. Success in this operation uncovers O’Connell’s treasure.

Barbara O'Connell discovers more of her family history than she can imagine. Hidden in her house, she finds her father-in-law's diary of events in SE Asia in the 1960s. The secrets in this diary lead Barbara and her colleagues on a chase to save a kidnapped friend and the final resolution of Nazi gold sitting in a Swiss safety deposit box. The gold is only one part of the story revealing the remains of a spy.
