Jack was a Chaplain in a Maximum Security Unit when COVID-19 shut us all down. No church activities were allowed, visitation was closed, and even the inmate phones would not connect to the outside. Jack made personal visits to inmates when there had been a death or family emergency and inmates were not allowed to call home.
