Academy of Legends

In a land where the Towers rise high and the Demon War rages, En is part of those who will become Climbers—mages that climb the tower to gain the power necessary to fight back the demon tide. Before that, though, they must enter academies, where they will learn to use their power—and the Marked, a divinely-selected elite cohort, will come into their own special powers. The Marked, those special few, have only been women for as long as history records. Until En awakens into a Mark of his own. Now, he'll attend the Marked-only school, Ascension Academy.

War is coming. En Ward survived his first months at Ascension Academy, forming powerful bonds with beautiful Marked women and discovering abilities that shouldn't exist. But his enemies haven't been idle. The Red-Eyed Queen has united the rival academies under her banner, and she wants En dead—or worse. When war is declared, En must do the impossible: infiltrate Selene Academy, the heart of enemy territory, and turn the Queen's own forces against her.
