The Mediocracy Trilogy

The new human colony on the planet Pollux 4 is a disaster. Barry, a new arrival to the planet, suspects the leadership is to blame. Mismanagement is rampant amongst the entrenched leadership clique. Something is drastically wrong with the way the colony was assembled.

The human colony on the fourth planet from the star Pollux is in chaos. Due to the incompetence of the original leadership, they found that the colony was established not only in the wrong place but on the wrong continent of the planet. The leadership was overthrown and a dictatorship established. Barry and his group of misfits trek north to the only other haven on that continent that can support human life. To get there they have to travel through rain, mud, and contaminated air.

When Barry landed at the newly established human colony on the planet Pollux 4, he found that the leadership of the colony was incompetent. He and his group of misfits overthrew the mediocre government and established a workable system. Time passes and many things change. Barry and his aging group of explorers are out of place in modern society, relics of a former time. Not having learned from mistakes of the past, the leadership again degenerates into chaos forcing Barry and his friend into action once again.
