After alienating her friends, getting benched by her coach, and nearly decapitating a teammate with a bat, college softball player Lexie Rodriguez’s life feels like it can’t get any worse. Life for college softball player Lexie Rodriguez was all midterms and afternoon practices until she joined the supernatural problem-solvers known as the Nyte Patrol, but learning about magic and things that go bump in the night has awakened in her a taste for adventure. A taste that just might kill her. When a client goes missing and co-worker Larry’s niece is found in a coma, Lexie dives into the investigations, but rumors from the spirit realm and bad dreams alike point toward a foe who’s tough to tackle: a demonic spirit, hell bent on revenge for the death of its mortal host.
