Absolutely love this family dynamic that is between all the people involved in this horrible family secret with the father fathering two families and what that entails and what comes of their relationship and developing brother and sister relationship between the extended family members.
Really love Weston back story of staying and looking after his family but absolutely love Weston and Isabella reuniting. Absolutely love Carrie Ann Ryan stories would recommend any of her genres, especially the Redwood pack.

Weston and Isabella’s second chance was swoony, suspenseful, full of banter, small town shenanigans and sibling love.
I’m really invested in this family and the intrigue behind their father’s letters. The next HEA cannot come soon enough.
Teddy Hamilton and Emma Wilder were brilliant as the grumpy big hearted Weston and the brave, kind and caring Isabella.

Weston and Bella definitely didn’t have me reaching for the tissue box multiple times, you weren’t there you can’t prove a thing. No seriously this was a beautifully written heartfelt book that brought out all the emotions and the happy tears and the sad tears. I loved this one.

Not only is Isabella trying to deal with the recent revelations regarding her family and the brothers she never knew she had, and she is now also trying to stay ahead of a threat from her past. Needing to distance herself from the situation she finds herself in Cage Lake where she is about to face another surprise when she sees Winston, the man who left her with a broken heart years earlier.

Weston had his reasons for leaving Isabella and it wasn’t because he didn’t love her. He wanted the best for her so he made the only choice he could at the time but now that she is back in his life he wants to be there for her as she faces all the changes in her life and to keep her safe from her past.

I really enjoyed getting to know more of Isabella’s family and to see the relationship developing between them. Weston and Isabella have always belonged together and what they have been through while they were apart only makes them more perfect for each other. Through the performance of Emma Wilder and Teddy Hamilton you can feel all the emotions as well as the love that hasn’t diminished over time.
