• 94. Struggling to Stay Consistent? These 3 Tools Help Me Move Forward
    May 13 2026

Have you ever known exactly what you wanted to do… but still felt resistance every time you tried to take action?

In this episode of The Fierce Framework, I’m talking about the very real resistance that shows up when we start pursuing meaningful goals, building a business, reinventing ourselves, or creating a life that actually feels aligned.

Because resistance doesn’t always mean you’re on the wrong path. Sometimes it means you’re stretching beyond what feels familiar.

I’m sharing three tools that help me move through resistance when fear, overwhelm, self-doubt, or outside opinions start creeping in:

    • Clarifying your deeper “why”

    • Setting supportive boundaries

    • Building a community that reinforces your growth instead of shrinking it

I also walk through the “Five Whys” exercise to help uncover your real motivation, talk about why your dreams do not need to be “big enough” to matter, and explain how boundaries can actually become an act of self-trust and self-support.

If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent, feeling discouraged, or questioning whether your goals are valid, this episode is for you.

    Key Takeaways:

    • A strong “why” helps you stay grounded when motivation fades.

    • Boundaries are not punishment. They are support systems for your future self.

    • “Boundaries aren’t about saying no to other people. Boundaries are about saying yes to yourself” - Rachel Rogers

    • The people around you influence what feels possible.

    • Create a support system that normalizes growth and ambition

    • Curating your environment online and offline matters more than most people realize.

    • Supporting others can help you build stronger community and connection.

  • 93. Why You’re Not Taking Action (Even When You Know What to Do)
    Apr 29 2026

If you’re in a spot where you know exactly what step you want to take next, but you just can’t get yourself to do it, this episode is for you.

In today’s conversation, I’m diving into what really gets in the way after you’ve already done the hard work of figuring out your next steps. Because let’s be honest, clarity isn’t always the problem. Taking action is.

I walk through three of the most common (and sneaky) barriers that keep us stuck: overwhelm, fear of failure, and fear of success. These are the things that show up right when you’re on the edge of moving forward and they can feel incredibly convincing if you don’t know how to spot them.

We talk about what it looks like to feel overwhelmed by the size of your goals, especially when there’s grief or regret about not starting sooner. I also share why fear of failure isn’t just about “failing,” but about being seen trying, caring deeply, and stepping outside of your comfort zone.

And then there’s fear of success, which doesn’t get talked about enough. The pressure, responsibility, and expectations that come with growth can feel just as scary as failing. So if you’ve ever found yourself holding back right before things start working, this might be why.

This episode is your reminder that you don’t need perfect conditions to begin. You don’t need to feel fully ready. And you definitely don’t need to be good at something before you start.

You just need to take the next step.

    🔑 Key Takeaways

    • Knowing what to do isn’t the same as doing it and that gap is where most people get stuck

    • Overwhelm often comes from focusing on the entire journey instead of the next step

    • It’s normal to feel grief or regret about not starting sooner, but staying stuck won’t change that

    • Fear of failure is often really about being seen trying, caring, and possibly getting it wrong

    • You are allowed to be bad at something while you learn

    • Growth is usually slower and messier than we expect and that’s normal

    • Fear of success can show up as pressure, responsibility, or worry about maintaining results

    • You don’t have to commit forever, you can pivot, change, or quit if something no longer fits

    • At some point, you have to decide you are “prepared enough” and learn by doing

🎯 What I Want You to Do Next

    Pick one thing.

Not ten. Not the whole plan. Just one step you can take today, even if it feels small or imperfect. Then go take it!

  • 92. You’re Not Unqualified. You’re Just Not Practicing Yet
    Apr 15 2026

If you’ve ever felt like a fraud for wanting something bigger… this episode is for you.

In this conversation, I’m talking about imposter syndrome, self-doubt, and the quiet ways we talk ourselves out of going after what we really want. Because the truth is, most people aren’t more qualified than you… they’ve just been willing to start.

I share how easy it is to fall into comparison and assume someone else is better suited, more talented, or more “ready.” But what I’ve learned (and what I want you to really hear) is this: caring about something is an indicator that you’re the one to pursue it.

We’re not meant to all want the same things or show up in the same way. Your voice, your perspective, and your experiences matter. They’re necessary. If something is calling you, there’s a reason.

This episode is your permission slip to stop waiting, stop overthinking, and start showing up. Because you don’t get confident first… you get confident by doing.

    What I talk about:

    • Why imposter syndrome shows up (and why it doesn’t mean stop)

    • How comparison keeps you stuck and second-guessing yourself

    • The truth about “natural talent” vs. practice and repetition

    • Why caring deeply is actually your biggest advantage

    • How to recognize your unique contribution and lean into it

    • The mindset shift that helps you take action before you feel ready

    Key Takeaways:

    • You don’t need permission to start. You just need to care.

    • Imposter syndrome isn’t a sign you’re unqualified; it’s a sign you’re stretching.

    • Comparing yourself to others will always distort your perspective.

    • Confidence is built through action, not before it.

    • Your unique voice and perspective are the value. No one else is going to do it like you.

    • If you don’t see what you’re looking for, that might be your cue to create it.

  • 91. Why You Don’t Need Clarity to Start (Especially If You’re Overthinking Everything)
    Apr 1 2026

If you’ve ever felt stuck waiting for the “right” plan, the perfect idea, or full clarity before you start, this episode is for you.

Today, I’m talking about something I see all the time, especially with high-achievers and ADHD brains: the habit of overthinking our way into inaction. We tell ourselves we just need a little more clarity, a better plan, or more certainty before we begin. But the truth? Clarity doesn’t come before action. Clarity comes from action.

In this episode, I’m breaking down why waiting until everything feels “figured out” actually keeps you stuck, and how to start moving forward in a way that feels doable, not overwhelming.

I share how I navigated this in my own life, from starting a travel blog (without knowing where it would lead) to eventually building my coaching business. None of it started with a perfect plan, but every step gave me the feedback I needed to move forward.

We’ll talk about how to use “baby steps” to get out of analysis paralysis, why experimenting is one of the most powerful tools you have, and how to focus on becoming instead of arriving.

Because the goal isn’t to get it perfect—it’s to get in motion.

    🔑 Key Takeaways

    • Clarity comes from action, not before it. You don’t think your way into knowing, you move your way into it.

    • Perfectionism often shows up as “planning.” But too much planning without action is just a socially acceptable way to stay stuck.

    • Baby steps create momentum. Small, low-pressure actions give you real feedback without the overwhelm.

    • You don’t need the full roadmap. You just need the first step.

    • Think “vibe” over perfect plan. You can course-correct as you go.

    • Experimentation is the fastest way to learn. Try things before committing long-term. Action helps you figure out what actually fits.

    • You’re not behind. You’re becoming. There is no final destination where you suddenly “arrive” fully ready.

Reinventing yourself sounds exciting… until you’re actually in it.In this episode, I’m joined by Mary and Shauna for a real, honest conversation about what it actually looks like to step into a new chapter of your life especially when it feels uncertain, uncomfortable, or just plain scary. We talk about the messy middle of growth. The part where you’re letting go of who you’ve always been, but you’re not fully sure who you’re becoming yet.I share my own experience of releasing the identity of being “the responsible one” and how that role, while helpful at one point, started to feel draining and out of alignment. Shauna opens up about reinventing her life after divorce, and Mary talks about shifting away from rigid expectations and learning to trust the unknown. This conversation is a reminder that reinvention isn’t about becoming someone completely different overnight. It’s about making small, intentional changes, building self-trust, and allowing your next chapter to unfold over time.We also dive into:Why fear and courage exist at the same time (and why that’s a good thing)Letting go of identities that no longer fitThe role of self-reflection in personal growthHow to stay grounded in gratitude while still wanting moreThe importance of surrounding yourself with supportive peopleIf you’ve been feeling the pull to change something in your life, but you’re not sure where to start, this episode will meet you right where you are.🔑 Key TakeawaysReinvention isn’t a one-time decision. • 90. How to Break Dreams Into Small, Doable Steps (Especially if you have ADHD)
    Mar 18 2026

Big goals can feel exciting… and overwhelming at the same time. If you’ve ever looked at a dream you care about and thought “Where do I even start?” you’re not alone.

In this episode, I’m talking about the balance between keeping your big vision in mind while focusing on the small steps that actually move you forward.

I share one of my favorite ways to think about progress: holding both the bird’s-eye view of your goals and the tiny mouse steps that help you get there. Because while the vision gives us direction, it’s the small, doable actions that create real momentum.

I also talk about how ADHD, perfectionism, and overwhelm can make big goals feel impossible—and how breaking things down into milestones and manageable steps can completely change the experience.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, scattered, or unsure how to move forward with a big dream, this episode will help you shift your perspective and start making progress again.

Because the truth is: dreams don’t become reality all at once—they’re built one small step at a time.

    Key Takeaways:

    • Big goals require both vision and small, consistent action.
    • A bird’s-eye view helps you stay connected to your bigger purpose.
    • Tiny, manageable steps make progress feel achievable.• Breaking goals into milestones helps you avoid overwhelm and stay focused.
    • The fastest way to build momentum is simply to start with the smallest step available.

If this conversation helped you rethink how you approach big goals, I’d love for you to share the episode or send it to a friend who might need the reminder that small steps still count.

And if you're working toward something meaningful right now, ask yourself one simple question:

What’s the smallest step I could take today?

That step is where progress begins.

  • 89. Turning Dreams Into Reality: How to Focus, Initiate, and Take Consistent Action (Even With ADHD)
    Mar 5 2026

If you’ve ever had a big dream but felt stuck on how to actually make it happen, this episode is for you.

In this episode, I’m sharing the first two steps of my dream-achievement framework: Focus and Initiate. We talk about why dreaming isn’t the hard part, execution is and how most people get overwhelmed by trying to change everything at once.

I walk you through a real example from my own life: my long-term goal of spending winters on a beach instead of freezing in Colorado. I break down how I turned that vague dream into a tangible goal, mapped out milestones, and started taking consistent action even when motivation wasn’t there.

This conversation is especially for my ADHD folks who tend to juggle too many goals at once and end up stuck. We talk about how to choose one priority for a season, anchor new actions to existing routines, and build momentum through small, doable steps.

This episode is part of a larger podcast framework I’ll be guiding you through over the coming months, covering Initiate, Empower, Romanticize, Cultivate, and Execute so you can stop waiting for the “right time” and start creating a life that actually fits you.

    • Focus as the foundation for sustainable progress

    • Breaking big dreams into milestones and next steps

      • Seasonal priorities instead of life overhauls

      • You don’t need to figure out the entire path, you just need the next step

      • Focus is a strategy, not a limitation

      • One clear priority beats ten half-started goals

      • Small, consistent steps compound into real change

      • Dreams become achievable when they’re tangible and time-bound

      Action Step for Listeners

Pick one dream you’ve been holding onto and ask yourself:

      • What would make this more specific?

      • What’s one milestone I could aim for in the next 3–6 months?
