Vester Gambit just wanted to drop some mail off with his twin brother. When a truck plows into the bus taking them to college, he finds himself embarking on an isekai adventure he never could have imagined. Ordinal is one world among a near infinite multitude, but it's a world where the gods have seen fit to institute a System to help guide people toward their full potential. The problem is, the gods don't want Vester anywhere near it.

Vester's time as a receptionist at the Adventurer's Guild has led him to make some good friends and given him an opportunity to partake in a never before accomplished feat: Establishing a trading post within the Great Dungeon itself. Vester and his Party are going to need to venture farther into the Great Dungeon than they've ever managed before, and that means recruiting new members.

Vester and his Party are ready to defeat Sargo on their own and finally start delving deeper into the Great Dungeon. With the eleventh floor beckoning, Vester returns to the Trading Post to resume work and prepare for future adventures; and that is when everything takes a turn. Given a Quest he can't refuse by the God of Life, Vester has a wounded soul to protect and the Church of Light to avoid. His Party is more than ready to stand by his side, even against the Hero. But is Vester ready for a confrontation with a twin brother that can't remember him?
